Recently I started a new job that has kept me on my feet for long periods of time, and I ended up losing a few pounds in recent weeks due to so much walking! I’m not an active person at all, but I love how my body has been feeling and I’ve been working out a lot more to finish up some summer toning. However, I’ve quickly realized how much I dislike running, and I’m looking for other ways to get in some
easier lighter cardio in a fun way… and what could be easier than rollerskating? (That was a joke. I am so uncoordinated.)
But seriously, I think rollerskating would be so fun, and it would be a great way to get in some cardio- without running! I might have to go early in the morning when no one I know is at the park on the track while I get started- a picture of me falling down would end up on instagram otherwise- but it might be a really fun way to start the day.
