Favorite Fall Things

Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset

It is fall, y’all. I think spring is my favorite season, but fall is a close second because it contains my birthday and all of the gorgeousness that is candles, hot drinks, and leaves. The fall favorites tag is going around all the blogs, so here’s my little edition of all my favorite fall things.

Candle- Classic Flannel. This classy candle is from Walmart, but it’s a copy of a Bath and Body Works scent if your bank account is experiencing “fall” in a less literal way than mine is.

Lip Color- MAC Rebel, Revlon Parisian Passion Lip Stain. Rebel is swatched in my MAC lipstick collection post here, and Parisian Passion is reviewed here. I’ve already been wearing these this season. Definitely staples in my fall lineup, even as dark as they are.
Drink- Chai tea lattes [I tried a dirty chai and wasn’t a fan]. I’ve been drinking them iced because it’s still 70 degrees around here, but I’m excited to have a seventy degree latte instead of seventy degree weather.
Blush- NARS Dolce Vita, a matte rose shade which I’ve had for a couple of years, and NARS Sin, a shimmery mauve/plum, which I just got for my birthday! NARS blushes are phenomenal, so check these two out if you’re looking for a special cold weather color.
Clothing Item- $4 Christmas colored flannel from American Thrift. I’ve already worn it to a hoedown and a skate party for a 90’s grunge theme outfit, so at the very least it’s versatile. But also super soft and long enough for leggings and wooohooo I love flannels.

Fall Movie- The Holiday? Does that count? That’s a Christmas movie. I don’t know. Jude Law. Yum.
Fall TV Show- Any fall themed episode of Gossip Girl.
Thanksgiving Food- APPLE PIE
Halloween Costume- Cinderella was certainly my cutest. My nana handmade it for me, so it was probably my most special costume. My boyfriend at the time [now sadly my ex, miss you + think of you often, Ryan] was Buzz Lightyear, so we were definitely the hottest couple that year.

Happy Fall!
